That may sound like a trek, but for a single course day — exam and certificate included — it is very doable: drive up in the morning, come home with your Dutch golf licence (GVB). Playing afterwards is easy: Golfcentrum Eindhoven sits just 2 kilometres from the centre, and with the Eindhovensche Golf in Valkenswaard — a classic 1930 woodland course designed by Harry Colt — the region also boasts a course of international standing. Right after your GVB
Sort your NGF registration in 5 minutes
The GVB is your access pass to Dutch courses, but you only really count in the golf system once you're NGF-registered. That gives you your official handicap, lets you enter competitions, and gets you a lower rate at most clubs.
