The GVB is your access pass to Dutch courses, but you only really count in the golf system once you're NGF-registered. That gives you your official handicap, lets you enter competitions, and gets you a lower rate at most clubs.

Can I resit if I fail the exam?
Yes, and it costs you nothing: you simply schedule a new exam attempt with the same golf pro. There is no need to repeat the full course day.
